When can I buy products at your store?

You can purchase duty-free items from 30 days before your departure date.
However, you will need to show your passport and plane ticket (or some other document that indicates your boarding date and flight number) at the time of purchase.

By when do I need to purchase? 

●Customers leaving JAPAN from PORT OF HAKATA can purchase by the day before your departure date.

●Customers leaving JAPAN from FUKUOKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT can do shopping even on the day of your departure (depending on the departure time). However, in that case, it needs to be purchased 5hours before the departure time.

Where can I pick up the duty-free items I purchased?

You can pick them up at the Duty-free Items Pick-up Counter on the 3rd floor of the Fukuoka Airport International Terminal after going through immigration.

Sorry, but you cannot purchase duty-free items if you have not booked a departure flight.

If I leave JAPAN from NARITA AIRPORT, can I do shopping in Fukuoka Duty Free Tenjin?

We are afraid that customers leaving JAPAN from other airports except FUKUOKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT cannot do shopping in Fukuoka Duty Free Tenjin. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I send duty-free items to locations in Japan or other countries?

Are there restrictions on bringing liquids on flights?

You may bring liquids you purchased at duty-free shops on flights in Japan. However, if you have a connecting flight in a country with restrictions on bringing liquids, you may be prohibited from bringing liquids that are in containers over 100 ml or the liquids may be confiscated.
